Shaheen said its important to induct the digital monitoring system in Jammu and Kashmir’s the maiden J&K Integrated Grievance redressal System for the timely redressal of people’s issues stating that there will be round the clock monitoring of the complaints and grievances lodged by the people and people will not suffer more.
It was long pending demand and the officers from the administration and other departments related to governance was not available for the people. Shaheen said
