Medical officer leprosy hospital Srinagar asks patient

attendent to explain his position for creating indiscipline in hospital campus

SRINAGAR, APRIL 06 : Medical officer government leprosy hospital Srinagar has asked a patient and attendant o explain his/her position for creating indiscipline in the campus of the hospital on 03 April. 

“You are hereby asked to explain your position regarding the unwarrated indiscipline created by you in the hospital campus on 3-4-2021 when you approached undersigned for ambulance for your husband namely khazir mohammad for his 2nd followup at SKIMS. 
You were told that he will be dropped at SKIMS. and has to return back of his own.But you did not agree to it. Instead, you created indiscipline & threatened the undersigned of the consequences for not providing ambulance to your husband, reads the explanation. 
Next,when we visited you & your husband at your residence on routine weekly rounds you created ruckus and hurled abuses to the hospital staff threatening again of dire consequences for not providing ambulance to your husband, it reads. 
Before an FIR is lodged against you, in view of having ulterior motives behind your statement which you uttered that if my demand is not met and if any untoward happens to my husband while taking him to hospital you will have to face consequences, you explain your position within a day in this regard, it further adds.
